L'ospite può cancellare gratuitamente fino a 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo, mentre paga il 100% del costo totale se cancella nei 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo.
La tariffa non comprende alcun pasto.
Non sono incluse pulizie o cambi biancheria durante il soggiorno, ma potranno essere richiesti al costo di 40€/cad.
E' severamente vietato l'ingresso di ospiti non registrati, l'organizzazione di party o qualsiasi tipo di ritrovo, in generale qualunque attività che possa recare disturbo al vicinato.
